Alongside representation, I’m always happy to support casting teams, producers, productions and creative organisations where my experience may be useful.
My areas of expertise through work and lived experience particularly cover neurodivergence, disability and access, gender and sexuality, and working-class representation.
Where something isn’t my own lived experience, I do the work to understand it properly. I don’t expect clients, colleagues or friends to deliver that education for me, and I’m comfortable knowing when to listen, learn and bring in people with greater expertise.
Production & Casting Conversations: Always happy to be a sounding board where useful - whether that’s around performer communication, access, terminology, talent outreach or something you’d value a second pair of eyes or a lived-experience brain on.
Script & Representation Support: Available to support where scripts, breakdowns or character material touch on areas I know well, including terminology, representation and potential access considerations.
Gender & Sexuality: Experience supporting trans, non-binary and LGBTQ+ performers through talent development and industry-facing work. A lived experience as non-binary masc presenting, gay womxn.
Disability, Neurodivergence & Access: Experience of access riders, reasonable adjustments and practical support across auditions, workshops and working environments. Lived experience as late-diagnosed AuDHD, with first-hand understanding of many of the tools and adjustments I advocate for professionally.
Socioeconomic Access: Insight into the practical and cultural barriers that can affect access, progression and opportunity. Lived experience as a true council estate, working-class Irish Londoner.
Programme & Talent Development: Building workshops, cohort programmes and industry sessions around the actual needs of the people taking part.
