The iD Agency marked its 15th anniversary in August 2026

Over that time, the industry has changed significantly, particularly in how work is made, cast, distributed and accessed. iD has continued to evolve with it, building strong relationships and created opportunities for our clients throughout.

As part of that continued evolution, we are delighted to announce that from January 2027, Shauna Kiernan will join The iD Agency as our Lead Agent.

They bring eight years’ experience in talent representation, alongside established relationships across casting, production and the wider industry. Their work also spans artist development and a strong focus on access and inclusion, including involvement with GAP Workshops as well as development work delivered through ASK, their creative consultancy supporting actors with positioning, career strategy and industry navigation.

Alongside this next stage, iD is introducing a refreshed visual identity, new logo and rebuilt website, currently creating a fresh home for our talent and a space to share selected work and future developments.

Preparation is already underway behind the scenes ahead of Shauna formally stepping into the role. In the meantime, the focus remains on building from iD’s strong 15-year foundation, continuing to develop careers and relationships while responding to an industry that continues to change.

Shauna Kiernan
Lead Agent

"I’m hugely grateful to the iD team and clients for the trust they’ve placed in me as I take this next step.

I come from a proud working-class London-Irish background and am part of other marginalised communities, all of which have shaped how I navigate the industry. Being given the space to bring together everything I’ve learned across representation, strategy, artist development, access and inclusion with the industry relationships I’ve built over the years feels particularly meaningful.

Having my judgement, ideas and way of working trusted in this role means a great deal to me. It gives me the opportunity to take my own career forward while helping shape what comes next for an agency with a 15-year history.

I don’t take that trust lightly, and I’m incredibly excited about what comes next…”
