ACHIEVEMENTS
A sample of some of the work I’m proudest of, created alongside actors I had the pleasure of working with during my previous employment.
A number of them also chose to leave after I moved on and have since found brilliant homes elsewhere, which I’m genuinely pleased about.
Many of those relationships have continued well beyond the period in which I represented them.
Carys was part of the first GAP Workshops (Allen & Payne Casting) cohort in 2022, and from the beginning I knew she was one to watch.
She is quite phenomenal. I’ve rarely met anyone who works as hard as Carys. While navigating an industry that can place additional barriers in her way, she has remained determined, curious and constantly willing to learn.
We worked incredibly well together, developing her from those early screen opportunities through to her breakout role as Dora Meysel, in Bad Wolf’s BERLIN NOIR for APPLE TV, cast by Robert Sterne & Nina Gold - DEADLINE
I’m incredibly proud of what we built together, and even prouder to see her continuing to thrive. I genuinely can’t wait for everyone to see just how superb she is.
I knew she was one to watch then. I’m very happy to have been right.
Following my departure, Carys went on to find a new home at Curtis Brown with Oriana Elia.
Charles came to me with huge amounts of talent and skill, but very little industry knowledge or support around how to navigate the business.
I chose to work with Charles because, like me, he is a true grafter - from humble beginnings, with real drive and a determination to keep pushing against the odds.
During our time working together, he built up a strong body of quality work, including Archie (ITV), How to Date Billy Walsh (Amazon), The Homecoming (Young Vic), Pressure (Working Title / StudioCanal) and SAS: Rogue Heroes (BBC / Kudos).
Charles has always been willing to throw his hat in the ring, stay open, keep learning and trust that the right work will land when the fit is right.
I’m incredibly proud of the progress he made during our time together and of the actor he continues to become.
Charles is now represented by Intertalent and continues to develop and hone his craft.
This one is quite special. For those who don’t know, Rob was my acting tutor at Westminster Kingsway College back in 2011.
In 2024, he messaged me after deciding he wanted to give the industry a proper go again. Offering him a place was a complete no-brainer. Rob has no ego, a fierce respect for the craft and an undeniable ability to deliver.
Eager and willing to understudy, he was quickly snapped up and has since worked consistently across the West End, including A Mirror (Trafalgar Theatre), Macbeth (Donmar Warehouse), Mrs Warren’s Profession (Garrick Theatre) and Punch (Apollo Theatre).
He’s currently stomping the RSC boards in A Cherry Orchard, and I’m so thrilled I was able to give him a real shot at this stage of his career after the superb education he gave me as a youngster.
A very full-circle one for me.
